Detail projects, capacity calculations,
equipment-material lists and automation
scenarios are provided in accordance with
GMP and high efficiency rules for the storage
and distribution lines of pure water, pure
steam and water for injection systems used
in medicinal product manufacturing.
Capacity calculations, determination of specifications
(air handling units, heating-cooling equipment, filtration
groups etc.) of equipments and instruments, preparation of
duct projects and preparation of automation scenarios in
accordance with GMP rules and high efficiency.
Projects of GMP non-critical utility systems (heating-cooling
system, expenses, sanitary and fire installation) are prepared
for the manufacturing facilities.
Capacity calculations, appropriate generator
selection and projects of storage and distribution
lines are designed for the process gases such as
nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and compressed
air contacting directly/indirectly with the product
in medicinal product manufacturing.
All electrical projects (machine equipment feeds,
lighting project, telephone-internet project, securityaccess
control project, camera project etc.) required by
the production facilities are prepared.
Ground etude studies, constructional and static projects
and architectural detail projects for the manufacturing
facilities to be established are prepared.
Automation projects are being prepared for the
integration of different systems/equipment noncommunicating
with each other in the process chain in
accordance with PFD and URS.
